Hey there, this is Victor Z, data science actuary, lifeaholic, and fitness enthusiast. I launched WeZBest because I’m a firm believer of the American Dream and very passionate about helping others to become the best versions of themselves! Besides numbers, I’m very passionate about personal development and innovation. Working at a Fortune 100 insurance company, I founded the Pennsylvania Chapter of an employee resource group and launched a national grassroots innovation program.
When I’m not crunching numbers or building innovation programs at work, I love reading books, working out, traveling, making friends, and learning new things (currently learning & applying machine learning at work; next learning goal: blockchain) .
I’m a 2016 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Temple University where I studied actuarial science and computer science. A recipient of the Diamond Award, the highest student recognition by Student Affairs, I was an active student leader on campus—I had the pleasure of serving on the boards of five student organizations.
